Director of Product Design (AI)

hirify.global builds an AI-powered platform that analyzes in-person sales conversations, automates sales administration, provides manager visibility, and integrates with systems such as Salesforce.

What you will do

• Own product design quality, consistency, polish, and the overall design craft.
• Build scalable design systems, patterns, principles, and product language.
• Design mobile and web product surfaces, including AI interactions.
• Rapidly create working prototypes with modern AI tools and integrate prototyping into the product development process.
• Plan and conduct user research, including customer visits and ride-alongs in the field.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, GTM, senior leadership, and the Founder CEO to frame problems, influence the roadmap, and set product direction.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience with quantifiable results.
• Exceptional interaction and visual design craft, with strong judgment on detail and usability.
• Daily use of modern AI tools for prototyping and sufficient coding fluency to make concepts real.
• Systems-thinking ability combined with strong attention to visual and interaction details.
• Customer-focused approach and willingness to conduct in-person field research.
• Credibility with senior leaders and the ability to influence strategy through reasoning and research.

Nice to have

• Experience mentoring or leading designers.
• Experience working through ambiguity, difficult problems, and high expectations.
