Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design of new products and features, from proposals and prototypes through implementation and post-launch iteration.
• Partner with engineering, product, and research to define scope, test concepts, and ship experiences.
• Understand customer behavior, user needs, and business goals to improve the product and support growth.
• Use user feedback, analytics, and trends to prioritize work and guide product decisions.
• Develop and expand the design system across product surfaces.
• Influence design culture, processes, and product vision.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Product Design experience for consumer-facing or developer-facing applications.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-level visual design craft, strong product experience, and measurable product impact.
• Experience shipping features, ideally building 0-1 products or working with early-stage startups.
• Strong interaction design, visual design, and design system skills.
• Very strong proficiency in Figma and effective use of a prototyping tool.
• Ability to prototype and test ideas, simplify complex concepts, write or edit PRDs, and make informed tradeoffs.
