What you will do

• Lead technical onboarding, account setup, and stakeholder orientation for the Securiti Data Command Center platform.
• Identify expansion opportunities and align product adoption with customer business outcomes.
• Conduct technical assessments and recommend architectures for DSPM, Privacy, Data Security, and AI Governance.
• Perform technical health checks and deliver quarterly value and adoption reviews.
• Monitor churn risk and partner with Sales on renewal strategies using technical insights.
• Engage executive stakeholders (CISO, CIO, Chief Privacy Officer) to align roadmaps and communicate risk.

Requirements

• 12+ years in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Solutions Architect, TAM, CSE) focused on data security, privacy, or cloud security.
• Hands-on expertise in cloud platforms, SaaS applications, and enterprise architectures.
• Experience driving adoption programs and delivering measurable customer outcomes.
• Must be permanently located in the United Kingdom.
• Strong ability to synthesize technical and business signals into clear recommendations for executive leadership.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator/Expert, CISSP, CIPP, or CIPM.
• Familiarity with DSPM, Privacy, or AI Governance platforms.
