What you will do

• Partner with regional sales teams to convert prospects into customers through technical expertise.
• Deliver bespoke product demonstrations, whiteboard presentations, and manage proof-of-concept engagements.
• Analyze complex customer workflows and infrastructure to provide tailored technical solutions.
• Respond to RFP requirements and functional/technical inquiries from strategic prospects.
• Collaborate with product management to convey customer requirements and influence product strategy.
• Train internal sales teams on product suites, technical features, and value propositions.

Requirements

• Native level written and oral communication skills in English are required.
• 5+ years of experience in technical solution engineering, preferably within SaaS or ITIL/ITSM domains.
• Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles in Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
• Strong ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and CxOs.
• Deep understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and customer engagement software.
• Highly driven, execution-focused, and customer-oriented personality.
