What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs and COOs, guiding large-scale AI and Digital Transformation initiatives.
  • Develop commercial strategies, Statements of Work, and delivery approaches for complex services engagements.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Consulting, and Delivery teams to align diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Shape the evolution of hirify.global' services strategy and customer engagement models in emerging AI areas.
  • Mentor mid-career colleagues to raise commercial and customer-facing capabilities across the organization.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in enterprise Professional Services sales, strategic consulting, or Customer Success leadership.
  • Strong background in SaaS, CX, CCaaS, AI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation.
  • Proven track record of leading complex enterprise commercial engagements and shaping SOWs.
  • Expertise in executive stakeholder management within large enterprise or public sector environments.
  • Ability to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Agentic AI and Contact Centre transformation programmes.
  • Experience supporting financial services, insurance, or other regulated organizations.
  • Background spanning both customer-facing delivery and commercial leadership roles.
