What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs and COOs, guiding large-scale AI and Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Develop commercial strategies, Statements of Work, and delivery approaches for complex services engagements.
- Collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Consulting, and Delivery teams to align diverse stakeholder groups.
- Shape the evolution of ' services strategy and customer engagement models in emerging AI areas.
- Mentor mid-career colleagues to raise commercial and customer-facing capabilities across the organization.
Requirements
- Significant experience in enterprise Professional Services sales, strategic consulting, or Customer Success leadership.
- Strong background in SaaS, CX, CCaaS, AI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation.
- Proven track record of leading complex enterprise commercial engagements and shaping SOWs.
- Expertise in executive stakeholder management within large enterprise or public sector environments.
- Ability to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
Nice to have
- Experience with Agentic AI and Contact Centre transformation programmes.
- Experience supporting financial services, insurance, or other regulated organizations.
- Background spanning both customer-facing delivery and commercial leadership roles.
