Salary: £77,500 - £96,750 GBP (OTE)

What you will do

• Own technical pre-sales relationships, partnering with Account Executives to drive revenue and customer adoption.
• Conduct product demonstrations, discovery sessions, Proofs of Concept (POCs), and RFP responses.
• Develop custom search applications leveraging hirify.global APIs and the surrounding ecosystem.
• Act as a trusted advisor to CTOs and product managers, translating complex technical concepts into business value.
• Advocate for customer needs by relaying feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales onboarding.

Requirements

• Fluent German language skills.
• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (SE, SA, consultant, PM), preferably in SaaS.
• Previous software development experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Java, Ruby, Go, Node, Python, or Swift.
• Experience with data formats and data transformation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for managing multiple customers simultaneously.
• Must be based in London, England.

Nice to have

• Background in the search industry or e-commerce.
• Knowledge of frameworks like Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or commercetools.
• Familiarity with emerging concepts in agentic AI systems (autonomous reasoning, multi-agent orchestration).
• Knowledge of Analytics and SEO.
