TL;DR

Location: Remote (USA only, excluding AK, CA, HI, MT, NY, ND, RI, VT, WY)

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000

hirify.global is a claims technology company providing cloud-based claims management, virtual vehicle appraisals, and loss recovery services for P&C carriers and logistics companies.

What you will do

  • Own customer-facing contracting end-to-end, including MSAs, SOWs, and DPAs.
  • Manage the contract management platform and maintain negotiation playbooks and templates.
  • Partner with Sales to structure deals, apply pricing guidance, and manage non-standard terms.
  • Design and document scalable processes for deal desk, renewals, and commercial review gates.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Security, and Product to translate commercial intent into sound terms.
  • Provide leadership with reporting on contracting throughput, cycle times, and renewal exposure.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Deal Desk, or related functions.
  • Must be based in the USA (excluding specific states listed).
  • Hands-on experience negotiating customer commercial agreements end-to-end.
  • Proven track record of building or running processes and cross-functional programs.
  • Ability to operate without an in-house legal team and manage outside counsel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology environments.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and CLM tooling.
  • Knowledge of data privacy (GDPR, CCPA) and security frameworks like ISO 27001.
  • Pricing governance and deal-desk experience.
