Location: Remote (USA only, excluding AK, CA, HI, MT, NY, ND, RI, VT, WY)
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000

What you will do
- Own customer-facing contracting end-to-end, including MSAs, SOWs, and DPAs.
- Manage the contract management platform and maintain negotiation playbooks and templates.
- Partner with Sales to structure deals, apply pricing guidance, and manage non-standard terms.
- Design and document scalable processes for deal desk, renewals, and commercial review gates.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Security, and Product to translate commercial intent into sound terms.
- Provide leadership with reporting on contracting throughput, cycle times, and renewal exposure.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Deal Desk, or related functions.
- Must be based in the USA (excluding specific states listed).
- Hands-on experience negotiating customer commercial agreements end-to-end.
- Proven track record of building or running processes and cross-functional programs.
- Ability to operate without an in-house legal team and manage outside counsel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology environments.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and CLM tooling.
- Knowledge of data privacy (GDPR, CCPA) and security frameworks like ISO 27001.
- Pricing governance and deal-desk experience.
