Location: Must be based in Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo and able to attend the office at least 1 day per week.

What you will do

  • Own the commercial pricing strategy across sales-assisted, self-serve, and fintech revenue motions.
  • Architect and lead the deal desk function, including workflows, approval tiers, and operating models.
  • Design and govern promotional strategies and discount architecture to maximize revenue quality.
  • Build pricing intelligence capabilities, including win/loss integration and competitive benchmarking.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Product to define commercial trade-offs and pricing guardrails.
  • Develop commercial models for large customers to ensure scalable and repeatable execution.

Requirements

  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • Must be based in Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo.
  • Extensive experience in pricing strategy, revenue optimization, or commercial operations within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of building or leading a deal desk function from the ground up.
  • Strong quantitative skills with the ability to model discount economics and define pricing KPIs.
  • Ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and lead cross-functional alignment.

  • Experience with AI tools for accelerating analysis and model-building.
  • Deep understanding of subscription business models and payment incentive strategies.
