Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 USD

What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, positioning, and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across hirify.global’s add-on solutions and AI-powered products.
  • Develop deep, trusted relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders to align hirify.global with customers’ business strategies.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans that address customer objectives, operational challenges, and growth goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on business strategy, operational efficiency, customer experience, and expansion across locations and solutions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Services teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in a quota-carrying enterprise SaaS role, with proven success in account management and expansion.
  • Consistent record of over-achievement in exceeding targets in account management and sales roles withing the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of cloud and AI-driven technologies with the ability to translate complex solutions into clear business value.
  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-starter with strong business acumen and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events across North America.
