What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for an assigned ANZ portfolio from engagement to booking.
  • Develop and execute account-level strategies to protect revenue and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Lead commercial and contractual discussions regarding pricing, terms, and partner/reseller coordination.
  • Monitor customer health and utilization to identify and mitigate churn risk early.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth commercial execution.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Australia and have full-working rights in Australia
  • Experience contributing to end-to-end SaaS or subscription renewals including forecasting and negotiation.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to lead commercial discussions with confidence and build trust with stakeholders.
  • Experience identifying churn risk and coordinating cross-functional mitigation plans.
  • Strong communication skills and sound judgment in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with partner-led or reseller-involved renewals.
  • Experience in account management, sales, or customer success roles.
