What you will do
- Own and grow a book of mid-market commercial accounts in the New Zealand territory.
- Drive the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing to create new ARR.
- Collaborate with Sales Development, Customer Success, Renewals, and Solutions Architects to ensure adoption and minimize churn.
- Articulate the value of AI-powered DevSecOps to align with customer business outcomes and security needs.
- Manage territory and forecasting using operational rigor in Salesforce and Clari.
- Mentor and coach fellow Commercial Account Executives to elevate overall team performance.
Requirements
- Experience driving complex B2B software sales cycles for commercial and mid-market customers.
- Ability to quickly master and sell complex SaaS or DevSecOps platforms.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Clari, or similar CRM and forecasting tools.
- Skill in managing large, complex deals using multi-threading and executive coverage strategies.
- Self-starter capability in territory account planning and KPI execution.
- English: C1+ required for high-level executive communication.
