What you will do

  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas through direct prospecting and lead follow-up.
  • Drive the full sales cycle by collaborating with internal teams including Sales Engineering, Delivery, and Legal.
  • Develop and advance sales opportunities by identifying customer pain points and aligning hirify.global solutions.
  • Grow business within existing accounts by expanding the footprint of support and managed services.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and track all activities within Salesforce CRM.
  • Engage with C-level executives and technical buyers to establish executive sponsorship and secure multi-million-dollar deals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • 5+ years of experience selling maintenance, support solutions, or managed services.
  • Expertise in full sales cycle management, including prospecting, multi-threading, and closing complex deals.
  • Must be based in Australia to manage the local territory.
  • Strong business acumen with experience selling to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Industry expertise in Oracle, SAP, or VMware ERP ecosystems.
  • Experience selling for competitors such as Spinnaker, Support Revolution, or Origina.
  • Master’s degree or MBA.
