What you will do
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas through direct prospecting and lead follow-up.
- Drive the full sales cycle by collaborating with internal teams including Sales Engineering, Delivery, and Legal.
- Develop and advance sales opportunities by identifying customer pain points and aligning solutions.
- Grow business within existing accounts by expanding the footprint of support and managed services.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and track all activities within Salesforce CRM.
- Engage with C-level executives and technical buyers to establish executive sponsorship and secure multi-million-dollar deals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- 5+ years of experience selling maintenance, support solutions, or managed services.
- Expertise in full sales cycle management, including prospecting, multi-threading, and closing complex deals.
- Must be based in Australia to manage the local territory.
- Strong business acumen with experience selling to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- Industry expertise in Oracle, SAP, or VMware ERP ecosystems.
- Experience selling for competitors such as Spinnaker, Support Revolution, or Origina.
- Master’s degree or MBA.
