Location: Hybrid in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia (must be within commutable distance, 3 days per week in office)

What you will do
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Own the full sales cycle, managing your own account pipeline and contributing to team goals.
- Analyze customer data to pinpoint specific expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with SDR and CSM teams to maintain a seamless customer journey.
- Serve as a product expert and influence product development based on customer needs.
- Manage multiple projects in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive focused on sales (MUST).
- Experience working at a SaaS company is preferred.
- Strong record of closing deals and consistently over-achieving monthly quotas.
- Excellent customer relationship skills and ability to interact with all organizational levels.
- High level of independence and capacity for self-learning.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a team.
