TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling for existing customers with an accent on full sales cycle management and account pipeline growth. Focus on analyzing customer data to identify expansion opportunities and collaborating with SDR/CSM teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Location: Hybrid in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia (must be within commutable distance, 3 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Own the full sales cycle, managing your own account pipeline and contributing to team goals.
  • Analyze customer data to pinpoint specific expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with SDR and CSM teams to maintain a seamless customer journey.
  • Serve as a product expert and influence product development based on customer needs.
  • Manage multiple projects in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive focused on sales (MUST).
  • Experience working at a SaaS company is preferred.
  • Strong record of closing deals and consistently over-achieving monthly quotas.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills and ability to interact with all organizational levels.
  • High level of independence and capacity for self-learning.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a team.
