What you will do
- Own relationships with key decision-makers to drive renewals, expansions, and upsell opportunities.
- Engage with SMB customers to strengthen partnerships and align solutions with their strategic business goals.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to analyze account data and identify growth trends.
- Drive product adoption for customers underutilizing the platform.
- Manage the sales funnel for commercial partnerships while coordinating with legal and marketing teams.
- Proactively identify and mitigate customer risks, issues, and threats.
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B Account Management experience managing revenue books and upselling.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
- Proven track record of top performance and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong technical aptitude with experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional web presentation abilities.
- Willingness and ability to meet with key accounts face-to-face in Sydney.
