Salary: $110,000 - $137,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Conduct diagnostic reviews and health assessments on client instances to identify technical debt and optimization opportunities.
• Design scalable instance architectures to support advanced platform capabilities like Addison and agentic workflows.
• Create comprehensive remediation roadmaps to address data quality issues and streamline report ecosystems.
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers and Success Engineers to align technical plans with business objectives.
• Synthesize platform learnings to establish best practices and provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Lead client workshops to educate stakeholders on optimization strategies and value realization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in financial services, fintech, or technology consulting.
• 2+ years of experience supporting or designing financial data platforms or portfolio management systems.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and relational database concepts.
• Hands-on familiarity with SQL and scripting languages like Python.
• Experience presenting to C-suite and executive stakeholders in high-ambiguity situations.

Nice to have

• Experience in solution architecture or implementation leadership.
• Background in wealth management or multi-asset class portfolio management.
• Hands-on experience with the hirify.global platform.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Tableau or Looker.
