What you will do
- Lead end-to-end production for client creative projects including photo, video, and motion graphics.
- Own production timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and project documentation from kickoff to delivery.
- Coordinate logistics between clients, internal teams, freelancers, creators, and production partners.
- Manage multiple simultaneous productions while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Build and refine scalable production workflows, templates, and operational standards.
- Lead on-set production and act as the primary point of contact for clients and crews.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in creative project management, production management, or agency operations.
- Proven track record managing commercial photo and video productions from pre-production through post-production.
- Strong experience in budget management, vendor coordination, and building production schedules.
- Experience presenting production plans and budgets directly to clients.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, or Notion.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for client productions.
Nice to have
- Agency or production company experience is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with creator content workflows and motion graphics processes.
