What you will do

• Own end-to-end project planning for publisher migration, including sequencing and milestone tracking.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, managing onboarding and resolving escalations.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to balance migration capacity and workload.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to file delivery, credentials, and system uploads.
• Track and report weekly progress to senior stakeholders with actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end project management, specifically within migration or implementation projects.
• Solid understanding of technical environments including FTP, Back Office systems, and data transfer processes.
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• English: Fluency required
