Sr. Finance Transformation Manager (AI)

Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $130,000 - $200,000

What you will do

• Define and manage the F&A AI operating model, charter, and transformation roadmap, including intake and prioritization.
• Partner with Finance & Accounting Process Leads to identify and shape high-value AI opportunities and track ROI.
• Oversee the delivery of AI proof-of-concept solutions through collaboration with IT, Data, and Security teams.
• Design and deliver role-based AI learning paths and build an AI Champions network to drive adoption.
• Establish a Finance-specific AI governance framework covering data handling, model risk, and SOX compliance.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting Transformation.
• 3+ years of experience delivering AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives.
• Strong working knowledge of core Finance and Accounting processes (Close, Consolidation, FP&A).
• Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders at the VP or CFO level.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or IS; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
• Must be a U.S. candidate.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in strategic or operations consulting.
• Experience within a high-growth, publicly traded multinational company.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, or Snowflake Cortex.
• Working knowledge of predictive analytics and machine learning algorithms.
• Change management certifications (e.g., PMI, Prosci).
