Salary: $146,000 - $225,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee the privacy compliance program with a focus on US requirements and global alignment.
• Translate legal guidance into policies, standards, and control expectations for first-line teams.
• Maintain governance frameworks for DSAR, DPIA, consent management, and data retention.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to review privacy control designs and implementations.
• Provide independent challenge and oversight of privacy control environments and remediation.
• Manage privacy risk registers and support incident and breach response governance.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in privacy compliance, regulatory compliance, or risk management.
• Must be based in the US (visa sponsorship is not available).
• Strong knowledge of US privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA, GLBA) and familiarity with GDPR.
• Experience operating within a second-line of defense governance model.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Operations) without direct ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or fintech.
• Professional certifications such as CIPP or CIPM.
