What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Solution Consulting team across France and the Middle East.
• Drive presales excellence by ensuring compelling discovery, solution vision, and value-led customer conversations.
• Partner with Sales leadership to shape regional strategy, account planning, and executive-level messaging.
• Implement operational improvements to increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the function.
• Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders to position the "art of the possible" with AI-driven execution.
• Mentor talent on executive presence, solution storytelling, and commercial acumen.

Requirements

• Significant experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, or technical presales leadership within enterprise software.
• Proven track record of leading and developing presales teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience partnering with sales leadership to drive regional strategy and deal progression.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, workflow, and CRM platforms in an enterprise context.
• Business-level English and French are required.
• Ability to lead teams across the France and Middle East regions.
