What you will do

• Lead RFx responses by positioning the capabilities of hirify.global AI solutions to prospective clients.
• Deliver technical and functional presentations tailored to both technical and business audiences.
• Collaborate with account executives to identify customer pain points and propose tailored solutions.
• Advise on complex system integration, architecture, and interoperability with third-party platforms.
• Perform value analysis, including benefit benchmarking, ROI, TCO, and business case development.
• Transfer knowledge of hirify.global innovations and best practices to partners across Latin America.

Requirements

• Proven experience with hirify.global or similar CX/CXaaS platforms.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based customer experience technologies.
• Expertise in system integration, APIs, and solution architecture.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience working in LATAM markets is a strong advantage.
• Ability to influence strategic decisions and manage customer expectations.
