What you will do
- Lead RFx responses by positioning the capabilities of AI solutions to prospective clients.
- Deliver technical and functional presentations tailored to both technical and business audiences.
- Collaborate with account executives to identify customer pain points and propose tailored solutions.
- Advise on complex system integration, architecture, and interoperability with third-party platforms.
- Perform value analysis, including benefit benchmarking, ROI, TCO, and business case development.
- Transfer knowledge of innovations and best practices to partners across Latin America.
Requirements
- Proven experience with or similar CX/CXaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based customer experience technologies.
- Expertise in system integration, APIs, and solution architecture.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Experience working in LATAM markets is a strong advantage.
- Ability to influence strategic decisions and manage customer expectations.
