What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end Solutioning Catalogue, ensuring global accessibility and local market validation.
• Define and enforce global standards for solution documentation, cost models, and SOW artifacts.
• Oversee the design and evolution of the SDM costing tool, ensuring data accuracy and financial governance.
• Drive the adoption of automation and agent-enabled solutioning within the global data ecosystem.
• Lead and mentor a distributed global team across Costa Rica and the Czech Republic.
• Collaborate with Consult, Practices, and Delivery organizations to ensure competitive and accurate solutioning.

Requirements

• Proven experience in solutioning, costing, or pricing leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of cost models and complex solution design.
• Experience managing tools or platforms supporting global solutioning operations.
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and leading distributed teams.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in Heredia, Costa Rica.
