What you will do

• Design and execute multi-year commerce growth strategies aligned with client objectives and market realities.
• Lead high-stakes client relationships and executive presentations to translate complex commerce issues into actionable plans.
• Drive adoption of internal product suites, AI-enabled workflows, and third-party technology to improve team efficiency.
• Oversee the use of performance data and KPI frameworks to develop strategic recommendations and ensure measurable outcomes.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of managers and specialists while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and contribute to new business efforts to expand the agency's commerce footprint.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in commerce, retail media, marketplace strategy, or growth-focused marketing.
• Proven track record of leading major client relationships in fast-moving, platform-driven environments.
• Demonstrated success in managing and developing multi-level teams and senior leaders.
• Deep expertise in commerce platforms, marketplace dynamics, and full-funnel growth measurement.
• Strong command of product, technology, and AI capabilities as tools for strategic improvement.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
