Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing (Pharmaceuticals): Advancing omnichannel digital marketing and customer engagement for Hospital–Critical Care and Neonatology with an accent on analytics, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and privacy-centric data strategies. Focus on building digital campaigns, scaling MAP/CRM capabilities, leading experimentation, and coordinating cross-functional teams and agency partners.
Location: Hybrid position based in the Cary, North Carolina office, United States.

What you will do
- Lead omnichannel customer engagement plans for Hospital–Critical Care and Neonatology audiences.
- Drive digital campaigns across websites, email, programmatic media, paid search, social platforms, and HCP portals.
- Translate brand objectives into data-driven engagement plans, media budgets, channel strategies, and integrated media plans.
- Deploy and scale marketing platforms, MAP/CRM infrastructure, automated workflows, and orchestration capabilities.
- Lead experimentation, optimization, analytics, journey design, automation, and modular content operations.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and agency partners to deliver compliant, high-quality work on time and within budget.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical digital marketing.
- Hands-on expertise with SFMC, Adobe Experience Manager, and Google Analytics, plus strong knowledge of SEO and SEM.
- Experience with digital transformation, AI or automation programs, experimentation frameworks, and scalable modular content ecosystems.
- Experience with strategic digital campaigns, personal and non-personal promotion, MLR review, compliance, dashboards, attribution, and marketing analytics.
- Strong project management, analytical, budgeting, cross-functional collaboration, and prioritization skills.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution; the role is based in the Cary, NC office on a hybrid basis.
