What you will do

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across websites, SEM, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
• Manage and optimize the company website to improve user experience, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to increase targeted traffic and conversions.
• Collaborate with content teams to create engaging, conversion-focused digital content.
• Analyze campaign performance and key metrics to measure ROI and identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager, SEMrush, and HubSpot.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Creative problem-solving skills with an interest in innovation and experimentation.
• Management experience, including hiring, work assignment, performance evaluations, employee training, and problem resolution.
