Marketing Manager (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end transition of the main website and country sites.
• Define site architecture, taxonomy, content strategy, and SEO-driven web content.
• Design and build pages in Umbraco CMS v13, manage redirects and analytics, and support post-launch optimization.
• Plan and execute integrated digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, blogs, conferences, and trade shows.
• Develop sales and promotional collateral and analyze campaign performance to improve lead generation.
• Partner with global marketing, leadership, and country site teams to maintain governance and a consistent international brand.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of business-to-business professional services marketing experience.
• Experience developing social media campaigns that generate leads and direct sales lead generation experience.
• Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including MS CRM.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, creativity, and time management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%; knowledge of life sciences, insourcing models, or recruiting services is required or relevant to the role.
