What you will do

• Drive revenue growth for Live Events and the overall Partnership team.
• Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with agencies, clients, and internal brand stakeholders.
• Develop and pitch creative multi-platform proposals for music, festivals, theatre, attractions, exhibitions, comedy, and sport.
• Manage contracts, ensure all agreements are documented, and lead renewal strategies.
• Provide accurate short-term and long-term revenue forecasting.
• Collaborate with programming and editorial teams to align commercial partnerships with content.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a media environment.
• Proven background in the Live Events sector (ideal).
• Experience working directly with agencies or clients, including pitching and delivery.
• Ability to multitask across multiple cross-media projects and brands simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Understanding of cross-media marketing and the commercial opportunities within radio.
