Partnerships Manager

What you will do

• Build and grow partner relationships that generate new business opportunities and competitive advantage.
• Manage day-to-day communication with key partners and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Coordinate joint projects, events, workshops, summits, business reviews, and deadlines across multiple partners.
• Connect partners with the appropriate internal stakeholders to keep collaborations running smoothly.
• Structure, negotiate, and close strategic partnership deals from start to finish.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and continuously improve the partnerships function.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, business development, or a similar client- or partner-facing role.
• Strong operational skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent professional communication skills with senior partner contacts.
• Professional fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Strong negotiation skills, initiative, ownership, and the ability to drive change.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Google, Meta, TikTok/ByteDance, Apple, or similar technology platforms.
• Experience with mobile apps, SaaS, or subscription-based products.
• Experience building partnership processes or a partnerships function from scratch.
