Talent Acquisition Partner (Technical)

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States; onsite five days per week

Base salary: $50,000–$125,000 USD per year, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Own the full candidate lifecycle, including sourcing, candidate engagement, negotiation, and closing.
• Build targeted sourcing strategies for technical talent across multiple platforms.
• Advise senior hiring leaders and align talent pipelines with long-term business needs.
• Use AI, automation, ATS, sourcing platforms, and recruiting analytics to improve hiring efficiency.
• Scale interview processes, onboarding frameworks, and hiring best practices.
• Use market insights and data to strengthen hirify.global’s employer brand.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter supporting highly technical domains.
• Strong experience with data-driven recruiting, metrics, market insights, and talent mapping.
• Ability to manage a high volume of complex requisitions with urgency and tenacity.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and consultative skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Experience with Greenhouse.
• Advanced use of AI and automation tools for sourcing, candidate nurturing, and talent analytics.
• Professional Services or corporate experience supporting high-volume technical hiring.
