What you will do

• Greet patients and manage front-desk operations with a professional attitude.
• Handle outbound calls to schedule follow-up hearing tests and consultations.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain necessary authorizations for patients.
• Process payments and prepare daily financial reports and bank deposits.
• Manage clinic inventory, monitor stock, and maintain equipment.
• Coordinate logistics for at least one community outreach event per month.

Requirements

• Must be based in Delaware, OH for onsite work.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare environment.
• Prior experience or knowledge with hearing aids.
