What you will do

• Review and evaluate recorded AI call interactions to flag gaps or needed follow-ups.
• Perform outbound calls to seniors and their families, providing warm and calm support.
• Guide clients through next steps and schedule their care assessments.
• Document call outcomes and feedback in the CRM for product and operations teams.
• Identify and flag recurring system issues to directly contribute to product improvement.
• Work within a structured, shift-based schedule with predictable hours.

Requirements

• Experience in home care, caregiving, medical/dental admin, senior living, or call centers.
• Ability to communicate patiently and clearly with older adults.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Comfort with learning new technical tools and platforms.
• Must be based in Austin, Texas for the hybrid work arrangement.
