What you will do

• Support Field Sales with the delivery and coordination of LifeVest product fittings.
• Coordinate patient appointments, follow-up visits, and in-services with PSR contractors.
• Manage field inventory levels and equipment dispersal based on cost and urgency.
• Act as the primary point of coordination for inventory and PSR contractor management.
• Liaise between internal teams and external customers to provide quality product installation support.
• Assist in collecting necessary insurance information and patient records for prescriptions.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree required.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Must be based in Pittsburgh, PA.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multi-task and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
