What you will do

• Greet and assist patients while maintaining an organized waiting area.
• Verify patient identification, insurance eligibility, and program participation.
• Collect and account for patient fees, including copays and deductibles.
• Manage admissions, discharges, and patient accounts in the central registry.
• Perform general clerical tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining charts.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure clinic compliance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of experience in office administration, billing, or collections.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency in basic math, accounting, and data entry.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
