What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, promotions, and offboarding.
• Partner with managers to resolve day-to-day people matters and low-level employee relations cases.
• Ensure HR policies remain up-to-date and aligned with UK employment law.
• Contribute to HR initiatives such as DEI, learning & development, and process improvements.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to support strategic people initiatives.

Requirements

• ~3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Experience working in fast-paced tech or software environments.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR fundamentals.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, HiBob, or BambooHR.
• CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or currently working towards).
• Must be based in London.
