What you will do

  • Act as a proactive business partner to managers in France, providing guidance on people strategies and case management.
  • Coordinate social dialogue and compliance activities, including serving as the primary operational contact for the Comité Social et Économique (CSE).
  • Oversee localized employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, payroll input, benefits administration, and offboarding.
  • Champion employee experience by facilitating conflict resolution, internal mobility, and professional development.
  • Manage health and safety governance, including annual risk-mapping (DUERP) and occupational health requirements.
  • Utilize AI tools and automation to enhance HR operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French is mandatory for labor relations and compliance.
  • Professional command of English is required for global collaboration.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Generalist roles, or as a Corporate Labor Paralegal in France.
  • Direct experience coordinating matters related to French Works Councils (CSE) is mandatory.
  • Deep practical knowledge of French employment law (Code du Travail) and disciplinary protocols.
  • Strong proficiency in digital office suites and HRIS platforms, specifically Workday.
