TL;DR
People Operations Specialist (HRIS): Owning the end-to-end employee lifecycle, global culture, and HR systems, with an accent on building onboarding/off-boarding, HRIS workflows, and compliant people operations for a growing international team. Focus on scaling HR processes from scratch while partnering on cross-border contracts and compliance and using AI tools to automate repetitive HR workflows.
Location: London (on-site/hybrid, 3 days per week). Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the country of application.

What you will do
- Own global onboarding and ensure new hires have the tools, context, and support to succeed from Day 1.
- Manage compliant off-boarding processes for departing employees.
- Act as HRIS super-user/admin to keep employee data accurate and current.
- Build, document, and streamline HR workflows that scale with global growth.
- Coordinate compliance and partner with regional leads and external partners on contracts and local HR practices.
- Support performance review frameworks, career pathways, and training/L&D resource organization.
Requirements
- 2–4 years in HR, People Ops, Talent Ops, or a similar people-focused operations role.
- Hands-on HRIS experience with platforms like HiBob, Rippling, Personio, or similar.
- Strong project management skills with consistent ownership and execution.
- High empathy, discretion, confidentiality, and maturity with sensitive employee matters.
- Comfort using AI tools daily to streamline compliant, repetitive people workflows.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of application.
