Location: Remote, must be based in Mexico
Salary: MXN 308,000 - 385,000 per year

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end international expense management processes.
- Act as the main point of contact for expense inquiries for global customers, internal employees, and local service providers.
- Collect timesheet and payroll data and maintain records in administrative databases and software.
- Calculate wages, benefits, tax deductions, and commissions.
- Process paychecks, cash deposits, and distribute income statements.
- Perform account balance reconciliations and prepare financial reports for auditing and management review.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in payroll or a similar role.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll practices.
- Experience with billing cost-plus contracts and payroll software.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Degree in accounting, business, or a related field (preferred).
Nice to have
- Experience managing expenses and/or payroll within LATAM countries (Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, and Chile).
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with the Zoho suite of applications.
- Experience resolving customer billing and expense questions through ticketing platforms like Zendesk or ServiceNow.
