What you will do

• Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for over 250 employees and contractors.
• Manage timecards within HR and payroll software, including QuickBooks.
• Track and process wage garnishments and maintain accurate PTO records.
• Resolve payroll inquiries regarding taxation, W-2s, earnings, deductions, and bonuses.
• Collaborate with the Accounting Team to reconcile payroll transactions.
• Support accounting functions with data entry for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of professional payroll experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion.
• Open to qualified applicants from around the world.

Nice to have

• Experience with QuickBooks.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
• Background in payroll reconciliations.
• Experience with Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable data entry.
