What you will do
- Support customers in resolving billing and payment inquiries including receipts, credit notes, and invoices.
- Assist customer-facing teams with subscription and payment management topics.
- Maintain accurate customer account balances.
- Collaborate closely with Accounts Receivable and Cash Collection teams.
- Deliver a world-class billing support experience while ensuring compliance with finance guidelines.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish required.
- 1+ year of experience in a B2B SaaS customer support role.
- Experience with ticketing tools and support systems.
- Strong technical aptitude and analytical mindset for investigating complex inquiries.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in an international, remote environment.
- Comfortable using AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and problem-solving.

- Proficiency in French or German.
