Accountant (Finance)

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), including invoicing, monitoring aging reports, and processing vendor payments.
• Calculate and process sales commissions in strict alignment with established compensation plans.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly account reconciliations and support month-end closing activities.
• Maintain and update accurate financial records within QuickBooks, Bill.com, and Salesforce.
• Generate financial and operational reports to analyze trends and resolve inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and sales teams to improve internal controls and workflow optimization.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related financial role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or Bill.com and Salesforce is required.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment during U.S. Business Hours.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
