Location: Hybrid; Must be based in Louisville, Colorado and report to the office at least 3 days per week.
Salary: $118,000-169,000 USD

What you will do
- Identify and scope innovation, renovation, and sustainability projects for the Yogurt business unit.
- Lead and manage a team of packaging engineers to ensure all projects are delivered in scope and on time.
- Develop future packaging roadmaps aligned with business goals and sustainability targets.
- Collaborate with Operations and Procurement to identify and deliver multi-year packaging pipelines.
- Partner with the User Experience department to build consumer testing protocols for innovation launches.
- Introduce new technical and material concepts via collaboration with internal and external experts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Mechanical, Chemical, or related engineering (Master's degree ideal).
- 7+ years of experience in packaging engineering, preferably within the food or beverage industry.
- Technical competency with rigid plastics, flexibles, and paper-based packaging.
- Extensive experience designing solutions for sustainability and improved package recyclability.
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel approximately 25%.
