What you will do

• Design and develop innovative packaging solutions considering materials, manufacturing, and logistics requirements.
• Select, test, and qualify packaging materials to meet performance, cost, and sustainability objectives.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to integrate packaging strategies into product development.
• Create and maintain packaging specifications, bills of materials (BOMs), and technical standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis for packaging issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Research emerging materials and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.

Requirements

• Experience in packaging engineering, mechanical engineering, product design, or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, testing methods, and supply chain requirements.
• Ability to optimize packaging designs based on performance, cost, and sustainability criteria.
• Experience developing technical documentation and specifications.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a global team environment.
