Senior Process Engineer (Food & Beverage)

Salary: $103,800 – $133,300 USD per year

What you will do

• Support projects from conceptual development and sales through implementation to commercial operation.
• Manage technical solutions and quality aspects while ensuring alignment with customer satisfaction.
• Develop quotations, estimate equipment costs, and source services in collaboration with pre-project managers.
• Create P&IDs, block flow diagrams, layouts, and utility consumption estimates using thermodynamics and flow dynamics.
• Implement automation control and instrumentation applications during system start-up and commissioning.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for the dairy industry, including USDA, 3A, and the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Food Science, or Bioproducts Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in Food and Beverage.
• Strong expertise in Process Design and analytical problem-solving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Project, Excel, Word).
• Must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis (sponsorship for relocation is available for certain applicants).
• Ability to travel up to 35% of the time.
