Salary: $150,000 - $190,000 USD

What you will do
- Provide strategic and hands-on leadership for production and training teams.
- Ensure full accountability for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) performance.
- Lead the execution of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coach and develop frontline leaders to strengthen leadership capability and engagement.
- Drive cost, quality, and safety improvements through data-driven decision-making.
- Partner cross-functionally to support new product introductions and long-term capacity planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of meeting production, safety, quality, and cost objectives.
- Demonstrated success leading managers and frontline leaders in a production setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing-related computer systems.
Nice to have
- Experience leading multi-process manufacturing operations such as extrusion, PE, or PVC.
- Certification or deep experience in Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies like Six Sigma or Kaizen.
