What you will do

• Provide strategic and hands-on leadership for production and training teams.
• Ensure full accountability for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) performance.
• Lead the execution of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and develop frontline leaders to strengthen leadership capability and engagement.
• Drive cost, quality, and safety improvements through data-driven decision-making.
• Partner cross-functionally to support new product introductions and long-term capacity planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of meeting production, safety, quality, and cost objectives.
• Demonstrated success leading managers and frontline leaders in a production setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing-related computer systems.

Nice to have

• Experience leading multi-process manufacturing operations such as extrusion, PE, or PVC.
• Certification or deep experience in Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies like Six Sigma or Kaizen.
