What you will do

• Provide expert feedback during design and equipment selection to ensure long-term operability and maintainability.
• Lead safety reviews, including HAZOPs and PHAs, to identify and mitigate operational risks for capital projects.
• Develop technical documentation, SOPs, operating manuals, and training materials for new equipment.
• Lead plant startup and commissioning phases to ensure a smooth transition to steady-state operations.
• Coordinate plant outages required for project tie-ins and equipment installations.
• Provide daily oversight and direction to project operators during design, execution, and operation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in project design and commissioning.
• Advanced ability to read and interpret PFDs and P&IDs.
• Working knowledge of large-scale project management, SCADA, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Expert understanding of Lock/Tag Out requirements and SDS for hazardous materials handling.
• Must be able to work onsite in Moses Lake, WA.
