What you will do

• Build commercial revenue share models, unit economics, and scenario analyses from briefs.
• Lead program management, including OKR tracking, reporting cadences, and executive dashboards.
• Manage partnership operations, including NDA/contract workflows and partner coordination.
• Produce structured, data-backed presentation decks for external partner conversations.
• Develop deal performance dashboards and pipeline trackers.
• Travel 30-40% across Europe to support partner meetings and external engagements.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in commercial excellence, BD, or operations within fast-growing tech companies or Big4 consulting.
• Strong financial modelling skills for creating scalable and replicable models.
• Structured communicator with executive-level written output (documents, decks).
• Comfortable managing partner relationships and stakeholder conversations.
• Strong program management discipline and a bias for accountability.
• Willing and able to travel 30-40%.
