What you will do

  • Drive YoY revenue growth and strategic pipeline development for the Swedish market.
  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy, focusing on Manufacturing and Industrial sector opportunities.
  • Personally lead strategic new-logo pursuits from initial qualification through negotiation and closing.
  • Build, lead, and scale the Swedish commercial organization, including hiring and performance management of direct reports.
  • Act as the senior client sponsor for strategic accounts to ensure long-term partnership health.
  • Collaborate with Romania-based delivery and consulting teams to align customer expectations with delivery capabilities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B IT/technology services sales experience in Sweden.
  • 5-7 years in a senior sales leadership role with a demonstrable record of revenue growth.
  • Professional fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory.
  • Experience in consulting, digital transformation, cloud, SAP, AI/data, or managed services.
  • Must be based in Sweden or possess a credible personal network within Swedish manufacturing and industrial ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously in a greenfield or market expansion environment.
