Location: Remote from Germany, Switzerland, Switzerland, or the UK. Mandatory occasional travel to Newfoundland, Canada (at least twice per year).

What you will do

  • Execute sales strategy for top enterprise accounts with 10,000+ employees to drive long-term relationships.
  • Lead and close high-value enterprise deals ranging from $200K to $2M+.
  • Conduct detailed discovery with engineering leaders and executives to provide consultative recommendations.
  • Nurture relationships with key stakeholders to identify and drive account expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams for seamless onboarding and product alignment.
  • Manage a high-value pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring forecast accuracy and timely deal progression.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a proven track record of closing $200K to $2M+ contracts.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within organizations of 10,000+ employees.
  • Strong consultative selling approach, specifically in technical sectors like automotive, aerospace, or industrial equipment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Must be based in Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, or the UK.
