Client Executive (Automotive & Manufacturing): Leading sales activities within the Enterprise Automotive & Manufacturing segment in Sweden, driving growth and achieving sales quota with an accent on expanding hirify.global’s footprint and delivering customer value. Focus on identifying opportunities, shaping strategic conversations, and maximizing revenue across the portfolio.

Location: Remote - SE; Sweden; Remote; Stockholm, Sweden. This means that most roles will have some level of in-office and/or in-person expectations.

What you will do

  • Create relationship maps within accounts and plans to expand depth and quality of relationships with buyers and influencers.
  • Develop account plans and work with assigned Account Technology Specialists to develop a long-term product strategy for new and existing hirify.global product lines.
  • Lead and coordinate the end-to-end sales cycle including pipeline generation, qualification, solution design, pricing and quoting, deal/contract negotiation.
  • Act as a sales orchestrator, pulling in the right experts, at the right place and right time.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent sales motions to ensure a customer-centric approach.
  • Lead partner co-selling efforts in the account and support the development and engagement of new Partners to the eco-system in Sweden.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and data center technologies.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and driving net‑new business.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with customers and partners.
  • Proactive, opportunity‑driven mindset with a focus on expanding market presence and generating new business.
  • Deep understanding of customer goals and the ability to articulate clear business value.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
