What you will do

  • Sell hirify.global DXP solutions to net new enterprise logos within the Nordic region.
  • Build and grow a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and collaboration with SDR and Presales teams.
  • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from lead qualification and forecasting to closing.
  • Position the hirify.global suite to C-level executives using a consultative approach.
  • Collaborate with the hirify.global partner network to drive sales and customer success.

Requirements

  • Native Swedish language proficiency.
  • Significant experience in enterprise software sales, specifically focusing on net-new business.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota targets.
  • Ability to manage strategic relationships and prioritize opportunities within the Nordic territory.
  • Strong communication skills and a consultative, problem-solving mindset.
  • Must be based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in other Nordic languages.
  • Experience with sales methodologies like MEDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler.
  • Experience selling SaaS MarTech solutions.
  • Industry experience in Manufacturing, Transport, Logistics, or Education.
